Deposit, Taxes and Fees
A deposit of 1/2 first month's rent is required to hold the reservation. This also acts as the damage deposit and is refunded upon checkout pending there is no damage to the property. Monthly payments are made in full at the 1st of the month. Monthly rentals may be required to sign a lease detailing the tenure of occupancy, monthly rate and manner of payment. Tenants on a monthly contract, are required to give one month's notice prior to departure.
