Payments can be made by cheque, cash, bank draft or bank transfer.

Deposit, Taxes and Fees
Stays 1 month or longer are excempt from tax. For rentals longer then 6 months, the rates are $2900 per month. Monthly rentals may be required to sign a lease with a damage / furniture deposit.

A $500 deposit is required at the time of reservation. Deposits will be refunded upon check-out pending there is no damage to the property. Final payment is due in full at least 1 month prior to arrival.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival will result in the loss of the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days are not permitted. Early departures will not be refunded
