Extra Information
Extra Occupants - Prices are based on single/double occupancy. Extra Guests (up to 2 extra guest, 4 person max occupancy): $10 per night per guest, $100 per month for each extra person.

Payments Accepted
Payments can be made by VISA, MasterCard or AMEX via PayPal, cash, bank draft or Interac Email transfer (Canadian financial institutions).

Deposit, Taxes and Fees
Minimum stay of 3 nights.
A $300 deposit is required at the time of reservation to confirm booking. Damage Deposit will be refunded after stay provided unit is returned in same condition it was rented. Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.

For stays 1 month or more, half a month's rent deposit is required. Full rental payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cleaning: A one time cleaning fee will apply ($100). Professional cleaning is done prior to your arrival and after check- out. No housekeeping is provided during your stay. If you require extra housekeeping, services are available at $100 per service.

Secure Underground Parking: $10/day, $60/week or $125 month

Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you cancel 30 days prior to your arrival date, your booking deposit will be refunded to you less a CAD$50.00 processing fee. If notice of cancellation is provided 30 days to 15 days prior to check in, 50% of booking deposit will be refunded less a $50 processing fee. If cancellation occurs less than 15 days prior to check in, booking deposit will not be refunded. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/booking deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
