Payments Accepted

Deposit, Taxes and Fees
Monthly stays require half a month deposit. Daily / weekly stays require $500 deposit. Deposits will be refunded upon check-out pending there is no damage to the property.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
No penalty for cancellations outside of 30 days. Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival will result in the loss of the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days are not permitted. Early departures will not be refunded.
