Cancellation and Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONS - a thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no further penalty than the $500 reservation deposit. Deposits are only refundable in the event the suite can be re-rented at the same booking rate. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made less than thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. In any case that the suite becomes unavailable for unforeseen reasons, with a minimum of 7 days notice, Suiteliving will have the right to substitute for a similar property within the same area and price range. If comparable accommodation is not available, Suiteliving will refund the guests’ deposit and final payment in full.
