The well appointed 900 sq. ft. suite has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a plush queen bed with luxurious linens and its own ensuite. In addition to the queen bed in the second bedroom, the den contains a single pull-out sofa armchair and ample storage for extra luggage. Both bathrooms contain a shower/tub combination as well as high quality towels and toiletries. In addition to a gleaming kitchen fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare a gourmet meal, there is a separate dining area for guests to enjoy a romantic dinner.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONS - a thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no further penalty than the $500 reservation deposit. Deposits are only refundable in the event the suite can be re-rented at the same booking rate. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made less than thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. In any case that the suite becomes unavailable for unforeseen reasons, with a minimum of 7 days notice, Suiteliving will have the right to substitute for a similar property within the same area and price range. If comparable accommodation is not available, Suiteliving will refund the guests’ deposit and final payment in full.
