Extra Information
Local regulations require a minimum stay of 1 month. The tenancy can begin on any day of the month. Any additional days after the first 30 days of stay is charged on a pro rated basis.

Deposit, Taxes and Fees
To reserve your apartment, we require a refundable deposit of $800.00 payable securely through our website with any major credit card. Once we receive your deposit, an email confirmation will be sent to you together with information on check-in procedures.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
A deposit of $800 is required to reserve your apartment, refundable if you cancel at least 45 days before your lease begins less $100 to cover administrative costs. This amount also serves as your damage deposit and is FULLY refundable subject to inspection at the end of your lease. Deposits are returned within 48 hours after check-out. Rent is non-refundable.
