The bedroom has a queen-size bed with luxurious linens and living room has a comfortable queen sofa bed. This suite also has a small home office complete with a desk, chair and direct high speed internet connection. For your convenience, you have the use of an ensuite laundry.

Payments Accepted
Deposits must be made via credit card. Rental payments can be made via email money transfer, bank draft, money order, wire transfer, Western Union or credit card (3% transaction fee will apply).

Deposit, Taxes and Fees
$500 damage/reservations deposit. This must be received within five (5) days of booking the reservation and is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. The reservations deposit will be converted to a damage deposit and is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure pending there is no damage to the property. For rentals shorter than one month, 6% GST will apply.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONS - a thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no further penalty than the $500 reservation deposit. Deposits are only refundable in the event the suite can be re-rented at the same booking rate. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made less than thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. In any case that the suite becomes unavailable for unforeseen reasons, with a minimum of 7 days notice, Suiteliving will have the right to substitute for a similar property within the same area and price range. If comparable accommodation is not available, Suiteliving will refund the guests’ deposit and final payment in full.
