Complete with all new furnishings, this 1-bedroom + den apartment is prefect for up to 3 adults. The bedroom is finished with a queen size bed and the den has a pull-out single sofa bed. There is also a home office which adds even more space to this 656 square foot apartment.

All our apartments are professionally cleaned after each stay. Maid service is available during your stay for an additional cost.

The building amenities include an exercise room, social lounge, meeting room and paid visitors parking.

Nearby Attractions
Affordable and in a great location, the Yaletown Park building is located in the trendy Yaletown district and within easy walking distance to the centre of the downtown core. The shopping of Robson Street and Pacific Centre mall are a very short 5 minute walk north of the apartment. GM Place, BC Place Stadium and the Vancouver Public Library are an easy 10-15 minute walk away. The closest grocery store is Nester's, which is located just outside the aparment.

Extra Information
Extra Occupants - Prices are based on double occupancy. $10 per day, $50 per week, $100 per month for each extra person. Parking is an additional $5 per day or $75 per month.

Payments Accepted
Payments can be made by credit card, cheque, cash, bank draft or bank transfer.

Deposit, Taxes and Fees
A $500 deposit is required at the time of reservation. Deposits will be refunded upon check-out pending there is no damage to the property. Final payment is due in full at least 1 month prior to arrival.

Minimum stay of 4 nights. Taxes of 6% (GST) are not included in the above rates. Stays 1 month or longer are excempt from tax. For rentals longer then 6 months, the rates are $2300 per month.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
No penalty for cancellations outside of 30 days. Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival will result in the loss of the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days are not permitted. Early departures will not be refunded. Cancellation and interruption insurance is available.
