Nearby Attractions
Affordable and in a great location, the Yaletown Park building is located in the trendy Yaletown district and within easy walking distance to the centre of the downtown core. The shopping of Robson Street and Pacific Centre mall are a very short 5 minute walk north of the apartment. GM Place, BC Place Stadium and the Vancouver Public Library are also an easy 5 minute walk away. The closest grocery store is Nester's, which is located just 3 short blocks from the apartment.

Payments can be made by credit card, cheque, cash, bank draft or bank transfer.

Deposit, Taxes and Fees
Minimum stay of 4 nights. Taxes of 6% (GST) are not included in the above rates. Stays 1 month or longer are excempt from tax. Parking is an additional $5 per day or $75 per month.

A $500 deposit is required at the time of reservation. Deposits will be refunded upon check-out pending there is no damage to the property. Final payment is due in full at least 1 month prior to arrival.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
No penalty for cancellations outside of 30 days. Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival will result in the loss of the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days are not permitted. Early departures will not be refunded. Cancellation and interruption insurance is available.
