All Admira Property Management properties are equipped with bed and bath linens, kitchens are equipped with crockery, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and full size appliances. Admira Property Management provides the following items: soap, shampoo, facial tissue, bathroom tissue, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher powder, as well as starter supplies of laundry soap. Adequate quantities of towels will be provided for the number of people booked. Delivery of extra towels is available, upon request, for an additional fee.

Extra Information
Every property is priced with a maximum of 2 adults per bedroom. Additional guests will be charged $20.00 CDN per person per night. Please note there are a maximum number of guests allowed per property.
Each reservation will be required to sign a pre-authorization credit card slip ($500 CDN - $1000 CDN) upon check-in. Provided no charges are incurred for excess cleaning, property damage or telephone calls, the credit card slip will be voided approximately 4 weeks after departure.
Payments Accepted
Payment can be made by Visa, Personal Cheque, Money Order or Bank Draft.
A charge of $25.00 CDN will be applied for use of more than two credit cards for payment of each reservation. Credit card fees will be charged in case of refund or change of booking.
Deposit, Taxes and Fees
Deposits must be made for all reservations with Admira Property Management Inc. Accommodation deposits are equal to 3-nights stay, while activity deposits are the full cost of the activity. Deposits must be made within 24 hours of reserving.
The remaining balance of the total is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. For bookings made 30 days or less prior to the arrival date the total price is due at the time of confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made after final payment date are fully non-refundable. The guest is responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of guest arrival or departure. There is no cancellation fee for activities. Fees will be charged for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the activity date.
No refunds will be issued on partially unused days of bookings.
