The fully equipped kitchen-dining room seats 8 in comfort and has an electric hob, oven and microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, waste disposer, washing machine, pressure cooker and "Chef" food mixer. Bedroom 1 has a 4' 6" (137cm) double bed, colour TV, telephone/radio-alarm & trouser press;bedrooms 2 has 2 stacked 2' 6" x 6' 3" (76cm x 190cm) single beds (top bed lifts off to make double ortwin beds) and Bedroom 3 has 3' x 6' 3" (90cm x 190cm) double bunk beds.

All bed linen and towels are provided and a child's cot and highchair are also supplied.

There is a garden for guests' use, shops just opposite which will cater for most every day needs and 2 supermarkets within 5 minutes walk open from 7.30am to 10.30pm. Also just opposite is a 24 hourlaundry/ironing/dry-cleaning service and an IT centre offering free broadband internet access and "Nutkins", a Montessori day nursery. There is also a bus stop with frequent buses to nearby Putney's mainline and underground stations (1 mile), Wimbledon (2.5 miles) and Richmond (5 miles).

A child's cot and highchair are included at no extra charge. Off-street parking is available free on a reserved space.

There is a bus stop just by the apartment for buses to Putney (1 mile); Wimbledon Common, Richmond Park and river are also close by and Wimbledon Tennis is just 18 minutes walk.

There are shops and a supermarket just opposite the apartment and excellent restaurants, pubs, shops and hypermarkets within easy walk. Also Horse riding, walking, cycling, golf, tennis, recreation centre, gym, theatres, restaurants, pubs, music venues

Close by at PUTNEY (1¼ miles, 2 tube stops or short bus ride to Putney Bridge). Morning and evening river bus service between PUTNEY PIER and central London. Delightful riverside pubs.

Neighbouring Wimbledon, Kingston and Richmond all have big department stores and several shopping malls and hypermarkets are within a few minutes bus or tube ride or drive. Always at weekends there are excellent local antique fairs, craft markets and car-boot sales.

SPORTS

Plenty of sports facilities close by including golf, riding, boating - and tennis of course! You can watch greyhound and stock car racing at Wimbledon Stadium, horse racing at nearby Epsom, Sandown Park and Kempton Park and, during June/July, there's Wimbledon Tennis. There is also an excellent fitness and health club within easy walking distance with membership available to guests at very reasonable rates.

DIRECTIONS

To come to Southfields from Gatwick, if you don't have a lot of luggage, take a train from Gatwick to Wimbledon via Clapham Junction. The journey time is about 3/4 hour and the fare is approx 7 GBP. At Wimbledon, take the underground to Southfields (2 stops, about 5 mins).

To come to Southfields from Heathrow, take the Piccadilly Line to Earls Court and change on to the Wimbledon Branch of the District Line to Southfields.

To come to Southfields from Waterloo, if you don't have a lot of luggage, take a train to Wimbledon . There is a frequent train service and the journey time is about 14 minutes. At Wimbledon, take the underground to Southfields (2 stops, about 5 mins).

Take No.39 from Putney Bridge Station and get off at Keevil Road stop in Princes Way. Walk down path by Keevil Way to Beaumont Road. Flat is just opposite

Turn right on leaving station.
