If less than 60 days from your arrival, we cannot guarantee a refund, but we will do our best to find a renter for the time allotted, and if so, then we will be able to refund your deposit in full, less the processing fee. We do understand that unavoidable circumstances can occur, and if it is possible, we will try to offer you alternate dates for your stay.
