GENERAL INFORMATIONS ABOUT BOOKING AND PAYMENT


1. How to book?
First send a booking request by email with : NAME, TELEPHONE, DATES(begining and end of stay), NUMBERS OF ADULT PERSONS .

If the requested period is available, a 30% deposit will be required to secure your booking. The booking deposit can be paid either in Visa or Master Card with Paypal, by bank / post transfer, western union or a french check. Please note that any fees charged for the transfer of the funds must be born by the tenant.

2. The Reservation Fomular
Following any booking confirmation, a reservation formular established in your name(s),adress, and identifying the dates of your stay will be forwarded to you by e-mail. This reservation formular must be printed and returned to me by scan/email , post or fax with your signature.

You will find all of the important informations for your rental(dates of stay,price,deposit,adress and description of the apartment,general conditions and my personal informations ).

After payment of the reservation and reception of the formular signed, i will return to you, your exemplar signed by me , by post or email/scan or fax.

Only persons named in the reservation formular or the definitive contract will be admited . If the number of persons exceed the capacity of the apartment,or if the persons are not the persons who are named in the reservation formular or definitive contract, the owner can refuse the rent and will conserve the booking deposit. Of course you can have visitors!

3. Balance of payment
The rest of the rent should be paid at your arrival by french check or cash. Following your payment, we will sign the definitive short term contract with inventory and you will receive the apartment's keys.

3. Your Stay
The apartment is available from day one, from 8 am to 23 pm maximum, we will take a date before your arriving. To quit the apartment in the same hours.

ATTENTION: I can make available for your ARRIVAL and your DEPARTURE of the apartment between 8 am in the morning and 23 hours at night. Think of it for your dates of booking and your schedules of transport (plane, train), also except these schedules, you will have to leave the previous evening. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING


4. Security Deposit
A security deposit according to the duration of your lease will be required.
The security deposit should be paid at your arrival with french check OR cash.
It will be returned in full to the tenant , the day you leave the apartment ,as of reception of the keys, if upon checking out nothing is reported damaged or lost.

Please ,you must return the apartment clean as you got it, if not, 100€ will be taken on the deposit.

In case of lost keys(with magnetic key) : 50€ by unit.

5. Cancellation policy
In the case of cancellation, no refund of the reservation deposit will be possible.

The rest of the rent must be paid, except writing agreement.

If you cut your stay before the end of the contract ,it will be not possible to refund the amount of the rest of the rent.
