Introduction
Villa & Garden
Our villa is situated near the centre of Berlin. It is (built in 1912, renovated between 2003-2005) situated at the upper-class district called “Karlshorst”. This is at the location where the German Capitulation was signed in 1945 (today it exists as a museum).
The location around the house is very calm and green. There are two very large balconies where you have a beautiful view over the natural garden. Here is where you can have your meals, relax in style or sunbath. Inside our villa we proudly present to you the original doors, the original wooden floor boards and very nice handmade stucco.
You can reach the centre of Berlin in 15 minutes by train or car. Car parking is not a problem. You can reach the Berlin “Schoenefeld” airport (SXF) in 9 minutes by the express-train. Close by there are supermarkets, restaurants, tramway-station, a railway-station, internet-café, nice sauna, the park "Seepark", swimming-pool, a bowling alley, the Karlshorst trotting race course, ferry boat across the river “Spree”, “Tierpark Friedrichsfelde” Europe's largest landscaped zoo, the largest lake in Berlin “ Müggelsee ” with its nice sandy beaches and the "world gardens".

Prepayment: 15 % (min. 100 Euro), 30 days before arrival total amount.

Final cleaning: 30.- Euro (2 persons, 1 sleeping room, 1 bath room), 45.- Euro (3 - 6 persons, 2 sleeping rooms, 2 bath rooms).

Bedding, towels and dish cloth will be provided at the beginning of rental. Heating and electricity included. Non smoking only. No pets. Long term rentals welcome (special rates).

Payments Accepted
Direct bank transfer, PayPal (+4 %) or cash only by "walk in".

Deposit, Taxes and Fees

Deposit: 200 Euro cash at check in, refundable at check out.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and Check out time is by 12:00 p.m., or please ask.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations: Up to 45 days before arrival 15 %, up to 44 to 30 days before arrival 35 %, up to 29 to 8 days before arrival 60 %, up to 7 to 1 days before arrival 80 %, on the day of arrival 100 % of the total amount.
