This top quality 2 bedroomed apartment was only completed in October 2006.
There are only a small handful of hotels in this southernmost area of Spain. So if 'laid back' is your ideal holiday with plenty of sunshine, Contact Us and book your luxurious holiday in the sun.

Just 10 minutes walk away is the harbour area of Almerimar, where you can sit in one of the many bars and enjoy a nice cool drink and tapas', whilst watching the yachts coming and going.

You are less than 10 minutes walk away from the nearest beach and beach bars with sun loungers available for hire.

Also you are only 10 minutes walk away from the nearest golf course, where you can enjoy a round of golf all year round. Almerimar attracts a lot of 'winter golfers' due to the more than fair share of sunny weather enjoyed here.

Almerimar is ideally situated for economy flights from the UK. The nearest airport is at Almeria which is a pleasant 40 minute coastal drive to the apartment. other airports nearby include, Granada Airport about 90 mniutes drive away, Malaga which is about 2 1/2 hrs drive away as is Murcia airport also.

For Nature lovers - Puntas Entinas Nature Park, situated directly adjacent to Almerimar, is a true ecological treasure. The area is used by beautiful migrating birds (including pink flamingos) and is a large botanical reserve of Mediterranean brushwood with huge expanses of deserted beaches.

Enjoy sporting life - Whatever your personal choice, do it in Almerimar. Yachting, windsurfing,scuba,horse riding,golf,fishing all this and skiing too due to the closeness of the Sierra Nevada Mountains!

Sample the areas gastonomy - Almerimar provides visitors with the opportunity of sampling Mediterranean style cooking using fresh vegetables,fruits,cerals,olive oil seafood or meat from the area. Just wander the many bars & restaurants which surround the second largest marina in Europe!

The Living Room is well equipped with air conditioning, large screen TV with Sky freeview channels, DVD Player, a selection of DVD Films and loads of storage space. The patio doors from the living room lead out to a spacious terrace with superb views overlooking the pool and views of the sea from both the front and righthand side of the terrace.
The open plan kitchen has a washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, oven & hob, electric kettle and all pots, pans & cutlery.

The Master Bedroom is of high quality, which has a double bed, side cabinets, ceiling fan, large wardobe, security safe. This bedroom leads directly onto the terrace where you can wake up to superb views of the sea and the pool.
The second bedroom is also of high quality and has 2 single beds, air conditioning, large wardrobe & side cabinets.

The bathroom has a bath and shower, basin & vanity unit, bidet, toilet .

Deposit, Taxes and Fees
January - March = £175 per week
22nd Dec - 5th January = £225 per week
April - June = £225 per week
July - September = £275 per week
October - December = £175 per week

We provide an initial clean service before your holiday starts which is payable locally when you arrive at the apartment and this is 40 euros.

If you would like to avoid the hassle of driving whilst you are in Almerimar we can arrange for you to be picked up from Almeria Airport and dropped back at at the airport when you are ready to leave.

Charges for airport pickup are 40 euros for upto 2 people and luggage or 50 euros for 3 to 4 people plus luggage. These charges are one-way so you would pay the same
again if you wished to be dropped off at the airport when your holidays ends.

Taxis from the airport would cost approx 75 euros one-way.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
We require a £100 deposit to reserve the apartment for your chosen dates
this is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Balance is payable 4 weeks
before departure.

A £100 damage deposit is required with each booking (refundable at the end of the holiday if no damage)
