Deposit, Taxes and Fees
MAKING A RESERVATION:
You will need to pay a deposit of 50% of your rental plus a $250US damage deposit in order to confirm your reservation. You will receive confirmation via the email address you have provided to us below once you have made the payment as instructed. No other fees or taxes apply.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONS
We will strive to accommodate you if at all possible if you need to make changes to your reservations dates, please advise us as soon as you know of a change. If you cancel more than 90 days before check-in, all funds will be returned in full. If you cancel less than 90 days but more than 60 days before check-in, you will forfeit your damage deposit. If you cancel less than 60 days but more than 30 days before check-in, you will forfeit 50% of the rental fee. No refunds of rental rates are given if cancellation occurs with less than 30 days prior to arrival, but your damage deposit will be returned to you. We therefore suggest renters obtain Trip Insurance to recover expenses in the case of last minute emergencies that result in cancellation. No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason
