Introduction
Beachfront condo with an incredible view! There are white sandy beaches on the left and right of the pool deck. The pool is beautiful with a full restaurant and bar. The condo has two sleeping rooms, king-sized pillowtop bed in one room and a queen pillowtop, and a queen pull-out couch in the other room for up to 6 guests sleeping comfortably. There is a full kitchen with a halogen stove-top, microwave, refrigerator, all the cooking utensils needed, disposal and coffee maker. The dining table seats 6 people. There is ice-cold airconditioning in each room, one bath and another shower and two toilets. There is a separate vanity area in each bathroom. There is a DVD player in each room and two TV's with Cable. In the lobby there is a convenience store with all the supplies you would need to eat, and internet services behind the lobby area for nominal fee. You'll want to come again and again. Nearby Attractions
On the way to Mismaloya resort, on the south beach area of Puerto Vallarta and away from all the crowds and tourist traps of the marina area. Beautiful and tropical and very secure and more private. Only 10-12 minutes to downtown area. All great Restaurants within 10-12 minutes away, plus the restaurant at pool side is wonderful dining for a great price.

Extra Information
There are canopy rides close by. Swimming in the ocean to go snorkeling or go boogie boarding or use skimmers on the sand. The beaches are perfect for swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding and fun.

Deposit, Taxes and Fees
1/2 at time of booking, and remainder is paid 3 weeks before arrival date. Tax included. Cleaning fee is $23 at end of stay paid to front desk.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Forcancellation renter will be refunded 95% fee within first 3 weeks of making reservation, 75% after 3 weeks of booking, and 25% if within 2 weeks of arrival date, and none within 1 week of arrival, but 25% off of future bookings.
