Deposit, Taxes and Fees
Summer Sizzling Special: $100 off our weekly rates through the end of August. Our weekly rates are $750 before any special discounts + tax. Our nightly rates are $135-145 + tax with a 3 night minimum stay

Cancellation and Refund Policy
You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. The refunds are then prorated until 2 weeks before your arrival date. If you cancel within 2 weeks of your arrival there will be no refund. However, we will do our best to rent the unit so that you can receive a full refund.
