Watch the sunset from your own personal hot tub and enjoy the peaceful surroundings the Smoky Mountains provide. It can sleep up to 12 comfortably through the addition of 3 deluxe futons spread throughout the 3 seperate living rooms.

We offer a rental boat for trips out on beautiful Fontana Lake which is just minutes from Ridgetop Retreat. This new, luxury boat is reserved exclusively for our guests.

Deposit, Taxes and Fees
For reservations of 3 days or more, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due upon arrival. For all reservations of less then 3 days, full payment is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our business, and the fact that people generally book our cabins well in advance, we require a minimum of 30 days notice in order to give a full refund of your deposit, less a $75.00 cancellation fee. If you must cancel your reservation with less then 30 days notice of your arrival date, and we are able to re-rent your cabin in full, we will be happy to refund your deposit, less the $75.00 service charge. In the event of an early departure or bad weather, we can not give any kind of refund.
