If you're looking for amazing long range mountain views that go on for miles then look no further! Our Skytop cabin is our highest cabin in elevation and features amazing views of the smoky mountains as well as beautiful mountain sunsets. Some may even just cancel their plans for the day to just relax in the hot tub overlooking the mountains. This cabin is very peacefully and being so high up gives amazing privacy as well. Skytop sleeps up to 10 with the addition of 2 queen size futons and a pull-out couch. Come join us up in the mountains and get away from it all.

Deposit, Taxes and Fees
For reservations of 3 days or more, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due upon arrival. For all reservations of less then 3 days, full payment is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our business, and the fact that people generally book our cabins well in advance, we require a minimum of 30 days notice in order to give a full refund of your deposit, less a $75.00 cancellation fee. If you must cancel your reservation with less then 30 days notice of your arrival date, and we are able to re-rent your cabin in full, we will be happy to refund your deposit, less the $75.00 service charge. In the event of an early departure or bad weather, we can not give any kind of refund.
