Introduction
Our lakehouse has 2,000+ sq. ft. which includes a 15' X 41' Florida room which has bunk and twin bed for 7 plus foosball table at one end and a lounge area at the other end with tv/dvd/vcr. 3 additional bedrooms with queen size beds, fully equipped kitchen, 21/2 baths, 3 tables with chairs for 19 for dining, games, or crafts. We provide wood for the fire place and soap for washers (dish and clothes). Plenty of board games for the children, fishing poles, and more. Fully furnished with all appliances, cookware, dishes & linens. Close to Turner Falls, Chickasaw National Recreation Area (the smallest national forest in the U.S.), Arbuckle Lake (one of the 2 cleanest lakes in Okla. --- spring -fed). WE CHARGE $300 PER NIGHT FOR UP TO 10 PEOPLE. (WE CHARGE A ONE TIME FEE OF $10 PER PERSON OVER THE NUMBER 10) WE ASK THAT YOU NOT SMOKE IN THE HOUSE OR BRING PETS-----WE WILL BOARD ONE DOG AT AN EXCELLENT LOCAL KENNEL FREE OF CHARGE.

UPON BOOKING, WE WILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR ONE NIGHT AND THE BALANCE ON THE FIRST DAY OF YOUR VISIT. NO TAXES OR EXTRA FEES.

FULL REFUND IF YOU CANCEL 2 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR RESERVATION DATE.
