Introduction
This brand new 1740 sf beach property is your home away from home. All bedrooms are on the main floor so you won't have to carry luggage up the stairs. The masters bedroom has a queen size bed (with individual coils for a beautyrest), 2 side tables, a beautiful dresser and a multi-drawer cabinet, as well as a built-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a trundle bed, a side table and a big dresser plus built-in closet. A collapsible twin bed is also available if there is a 6th person in your party.

There are 2 full baths, one on every floor, with different themes, one modern and the other classic. The laundry area is also on the main floor, to your left as you walk along the entrance hallway.

The 2nd floor has the spacious living room with leather sofas, and a 6-seat dining table facing the ocean view window. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities of home: from appliances to cooking tools, to cutlery and serving sets, plus toaster, coffee maker, microwave and toaster oven. If you find any essentials missing, just let us know and we will gladly include the item in time for your next visit. We're sure that when the hustle and bustle of daily living gets to you, you'd want to go back to D' Getaway. The linen closet has all the towels and washcloths you'll need for your stay and can be found on the 2nd floor just across from the upstairs bath. There is a 3rd bedroom (at the back of the 2nd floor) but it is currently not accessible. If feedback suggests the need for the 3rd bedroom, we may furnish and open it in the future.

Beach Drive is a short 6 minute stroll away with stores and restaurants that are sure to welcome and entertain you.

NOTE: We do not book another party on check out days so we can do thorough cleaning after every renter.

Cleaning is done after check-out or weekly for rentals that exceed 6 days. A small $25 cleaning fee will be added for rentals less than 3 days.

The entire house has hardwood flooring except for the tiled bath areas. For your own safety, please keep floor dry to prevent slipping. Tub rubber mats are also provided for your bathing safety (if preferred).

Deposit, Taxes and Fees
Newport Room tax is 10.5% and is on top of quoted daily/weekly prices.

To book the house, a reservation deposit equivalent to 20% of the rental due must be remitted.

Full payment must be received prior to arrival. The lockbox combination will be disclosed via email upon proof of full paypal remittance.

**important** A small $25 cleaning fee will be added for rentals less than 3 days. Major damage will require the renter to reimburse for the repair.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Partial/Full Payment will be refunded if the house gets rented to another party for the dates booked.
