It is professionally decorated and is approximately 3,700 sq. ft., not counting 3 large balconies. There are two roll-away beds and a small sofa bed in the living room, ideal for smaller children. The living room has a wet bar, atrium, fireplace and spacious balcony.

There are 2 master suites, one on each end of the unit, each with a king bed, balcony and private bath. One master has two baths, one with a Jacuzzi tub. The third bedroom has twin beds and a private bath. There are three large walk-in closets.

There is a gracious Dining room and dinette. Linens and bedding are provided and the unit is fully furnished, including books and games. A storage closet directly outside of the unit is left open to allow guests the use of beach chairs, floats and a small bicycle. A special key in the elevator allows you access to the penthouse, insuring peace and privacy.

The Penthouse is in Port Royal Tennis Village, one block from the Westin Hotel, the best resort hotel on the island, and offers many amenities for the beachgoer or sports enthusiast, and is a wonderful corporate retreat as well.
