Introduction
Welcome to our vacation rental in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. This privately owned chalet is aptly named “Cloudy Dreams” as it is situated high above Gatlinburg at 2380 feet in popular Chalet Village. It has spectacular views of Mt. LeConte and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Our home is located just one street away from the park boundary gracing you with a truly awe-inspiring sight.

Spending your days in Gatlinburg is a snap when you stay in our chalet since it is only 2.6 miles to traffic light #10. Like to ski or snowboard? If so, our place is perfect, as it’s only 1.6 miles to Ober Gatlinburg and the slopes.

The best part is returning to the chalet at night. Weary from all the activities, but able to unwind in your own private lodge overlooking the mountains. When you rent our chalet, you will delight in the peace, solitude, and beauty that is the Smokies.

Our two king suite/3 full bath chalet sleeps 6 and with 1834 square feet to spread out in, the chalet is quite spacious.

Come unwind on one of two covered decks. The main level, and largest, one is unique in that it is angled making it appear to surround the view.


On the main floor, two couples will be very comfortable each in their own luxurious King suite with attached bathroom. Each bedroom has a full wall of windows with a door to the deck allowing you to wake up and fall asleep with a view of the mountains.

Also on the main level are the laundry room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a great room with a gas fireplace made of stone. The great room also has a full wall of windows with a door leading out to the covered deck and scenery.

Downstairs on the lower floor you will find a large game room complete with pool table and 60” TV. Up for a game of cards? There’s a game table perfect for playing board games or a round of poker. On this level you’ll also find a queen-size sofa bed, a chair, and a bathroom complete with a shower.

Step out of the game room onto the lower deck. Here’s where you’ll find the hot tub to relax in. Yes, it’s private, but you’ll still be able to take in a view of the mountains.

When you stay with us you’ll have full access to three owner’s clubs. The closest one, which is 1.6 miles away, has a large outdoor swimming pool with two diving boards, a kiddie pool, two tennis courts, shuffle board, pool tables, ping pong tables, game tables, video game, and a playground. The clubs are open 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Memorial Day through Labor Day. The tennis courts are open year round.

Come stay in our mountain home. Nowhere on Earth is quite as beautiful as the Smokies!

Deposit, Taxes and Fees
We require a $200 security deposit which will be returned to you within 7 days of your visit as long as there's no damage to the chalet other than normal wear and tear. There's an additional $50 security deposit if you're bringing an approved pet.

Taxes in Gatlinburg are 12.5% which is added on to each reservation amount.

No cleaning fees.
