This beautiful cabin is located in a private gated community called Timber Lakes, located just 15 minutes east of Heber. Moose Creek Lodge was just recently built & finished the end of 2007. Very open and spacious living room and family den area. This cabin sleeps up to 10 people with a maximum of 12 guests. Beautiful views and very quite surroundings. This cabin has 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have their own flat screen TV in it for a nice relaxing comfort. Deposit, Taxes and Fees
20% down deposit due within 5 days of booking unless your reservation is within 30 days then final pymt is due. This includes rental rate, taxes, cleaning and refundable $300 security deposit.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
May cancel prior to 30 days to receive deposit back. If within 30 days deposit is non refundable and if witihin 15 days nothing is refundable except for un used cleaning fee.
