Some people say that Park City never sleeps. Well it does, but not usually until the early hours of the morning. We guarantee that those hours of sleep will be the most comfortable part of your trip.
We do everything we can so that our condo will be your "home away from home." Whether it's the DVD movie library, or simply just the convenience of having a full kitchen at your fingertips, your stay is destined to be a comfortable one.

Reservation Policy:
* Two night minimum stay required during low season. 3 night minimum during high season.
* The Security Deposit must be paid within 7 days of reservation acceptance.
* The Security Deposit (Fully refundable after stay) amount is the equivalent of three days' rent.
* Final payment of the rental fee is due 14 days before date of occupancy of the rental unit, during low season and 30 days before during Peak Season.

Price:
Low Season ...... Apr 01-Nov 30 .. $ 85/night plus tax.
Regular Season .. Dec 01-Mar 31 .. $135/night plus tax.
High Season* .... Dec 16-Jan 02 .. $155/night plus tax.
*High Season also includes the Sundance Film Festival and Presidents Week.

Vacation Rental Features/Amenities:
-Washer: New, stacked washer and dryer in the bathroom.
-Linens Provided: Bed sheets for pull out couch and bed. Lots of extra pillows provided. Beach towels provided for the pool.
-Covered Parking: Located directly behind the condo. Just walk out the back door.
-Gas Fireplace: Rock fireplace with log mantle. Adds warmth and coziness.
-Beds Queen Bed: Extra blankets provided, Extra thick warm comforter, both cotton sheets and flannel sheets provided. Extra pillows and throw blankets added for more comfort.
-Convertible Bed: Queen size sofa bed with all the extra bedding provided. Easy to pull out and put back.
-Crib: A fold up playpen/pack-n-play/portable crib is provided. The downstairs bedroom is very large, with plenty of space to set up the baby cot for your little one.
-Entertainment Cable/Satellite TV: There is a T.V. in the living room as well as in the bedroom downstairs. Basic cable is provided. Both T.V.'s have DVD players.
-Video Game Console: Xbox provided in the living room. Several games to choose from. The xbox also plays CD's. So don't forget your favorite mix CD's.
-Video Games: Sports games, racing games, spy games, etc.
-Shared Hot Tub: The clubhouse is beautiful with full size shower and changing rooms, work out facilities, large screen T.V., computer with internet, fireplace and sitting area.
-Shared Pool: There is a barbecue grill for your summer swim party needs.
-Full Kitchen: Full set of dishes, glasses, wine glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, tupperware, microwave, barbecue utensils, coffee pot, blender, toaster, knife set, cutting board, strainer, mixing bowls, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. Gas oven and stovetop. (Great for making home popped popcorn!)
-Cooking Utensils Provided: We provide everything you would need.

Deposit, Taxes and Fees
Security deposit equal to 3 night stay. 100% refundable within a week of check-out, assuming there are no damages or missing items. No cleaning or booking fees. Park City lodging taxes of 9.35%.
