Come enjoy your stay in this beautiful, convenient mountain top, two bedroom home, located just off the mountain pass between Luray and New Market. Views are unlimited. Enjoy the magnificent sunsets while relaxing on the covered porch or dining by the many front windows. This newly remodeled contemporary home has lots to offer. All amenities are included for your convenience to get away for the week or a weekend. (Linens provided at no extra fee). There is a fully equipped kitchen available to make a gourmet meal or use the gas grill in any weather. All that is needed are your favorite foods. Sit back and relax and spend time in the huge family room with large screen TV, DVD with surround sound and VCR while the cozy remote controlled gas log fireplace can be controlled from the recliner or one of the couches. Stereo speakers throughout the house with controls for listening enjoyment for individual rooms.

Master bedroom with a king size bed off of the fully equipped bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen size bed with it's own private entrance. All linens are provided with no extra fee.

Massanutten Gap is conveniently located between Luray and New Market VA. Explore the hiking trails nearby. A nearby handicap-accessible trail with an observation overlook, viewing the great Shenandoah Valley. Visit Luray Caverns or Endless Caverns is on either side of the mountain. Ski resorts are nearby. Many antique shops to browse. Golf courses on both sides of the mountain. Canoe the Shenandoah River. Visit the New Market Battlefield.

Extra Information
Well behaved children and pets are allowed. Parents need to consider safety of small children on the ceramic tiled floors. There are only 2 steps inside the house. Comfortable seating in the large living room with large screen TV. Leather couch, recliner and a second sofa bed couch. Large dog bed for your pet to enjoy as well. Blender and wine glasses available.

Rates are for 2 to 4 persons. Our rates stay the same year round and we don't take advantage of the 'peak season' we offer a great get away at a reasonable rate for folks to enjoy a home away from home. It only seems fair to treat our guests the way we would want to be treated.
