A king-size bed dominates the master suite that also contains a full bath and closet space aplenty; two queen-size beds and a TV with remote complete the second bedroom, and a queen-size sleeper sofa is available in the living room if needed. The living area revolves around an entertainment center which contains a TV, VHS/DVD and stereo. A wide-open, fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living room and has a separate laundry room attached for your convenience; tile and slate accents throughout complement the cool and eclectic atmosphere.

An outside shower is available to rinse off after you return from the beautiful Chesapeake Bay beach located ½ a block down the street. This sleek and refined locale is the perfect starting point for any and all of your beach vacation adventures.

Pets and smoking are permitted at this property with a $200 non-refundable deposit

To reserve, we require half of your stay at time of reservation, and the other half is due 30+ days prior to arrival.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
TO CANCEL A CONFIRMED RESERVATION AND RECEIVE A PARTIAL REFUND OF ANY SECURITY DEPOSIT the property MUST be re-rented to a new tenant. All cancellations or changes to confirmed reservations will be charged 20% of rent received and an additional $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations may be phoned in but must be followed up in writing. Failure to follow up in writing may result in additional charges above and beyond the aforementioned fees. When the unit has been confirmed as re-rented, a refund will be mailed within 30 days. Every effort will be made to re-rent the unit. Transferring to another unit (if available) is considered a cancellation. Re-renting the same unit or another unit at the same property for an additional week generates a new $249.00 administration fee and a new agent fee.
