Three bedrooms are located on the third floor. On the second floor, a large dine-in kitchen opens to a sizeable entertainment room housing a 31” TV, home stereo and combination VHS/DVD player. But don’t expect to spend much time in here once you’ve seen the rest of the house.

The adjacent grand living room with floor to ceiling windows that span the entire width of the house offers abundant sunlight all day long and fantastic views of the secluded, custom designed pool and spa. Downstairs on the first floor, the well-appointed sun room provides a haven from the summer heat, sliding glass open-air access to the backyard pool/spa area, above ground hot tub, and two more bedrooms.

Far too many amenities to list here with over 4,600 square feet of living space and parking for up to seven vehicles; more than enough space to accommodate even the largest family. Awake to the sounds of the ocean each morning and enjoy a leisurely stroll on the beach at dawn. To Reserve, we take half of the stay as a deposit and the other half is due 30+ days prior to arrival.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
TO CANCEL A CONFIRMED RESERVATION AND RECEIVE A PARTIAL REFUND OF ANY SECURITY DEPOSIT the property MUST be re-rented to a new tenant. All cancellations or changes to confirmed reservations will be charged 20% of rent received and an additional $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations may be phoned in but must be followed up in writing. Failure to follow up in writing may result in additional charges above and beyond the aforementioned fees. When the unit has been confirmed as re-rented, a refund will be mailed within 30 days. Every effort will be made to re-rent the unit. Transferring to another unit (if available) is considered a cancellation. Re-renting the same unit or another unit at the same property for an additional week generates a new $249.00 administration fee and a new agent fee.
