But if you feel like going out, an assortment of the city’s premier restaurants are within walking distance. In search of a bigger crowd? The main resort area is just two miles away!

The master suite contains a king-size bed, TV, a large closet and a full bath. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds with private access to a full bath. The living area includes a sleeper sofa and makes exceptional use of natural light provided by the glass block wall, while still maintaining the utmost in privacy. Tasteful furnishings as well as a TV, stereo, and VHS/DVD enhance the long list of amenities. There is even an outdoor shower for use after fun in the sun packed days on the sands of the Chesapeake Bay.

The fully-equipped kitchen features a stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice and water dispensers and ample cabinet and counter space. Barbeque utensils and an outside grill are also provided for those whose vacation wouldn’t be complete without grilling their own specialties for family and friends. Or stroll down the beach to a romantic dinner at the Lynnhaven Fish House then take in a fantastic sunset from the fishing pier; both within walking distance of your front door.

To reserve, we require 1/2 of stay at time of making reservations, and the remainder is due 30+ days prior to arrival.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
TO CANCEL A CONFIRMED RESERVATION AND RECEIVE A PARTIAL REFUND OF ANY SECURITY DEPOSIT the property MUST be re-rented to a new tenant. All cancellations or changes to confirmed reservations will be charged 20% of rent received and an additional $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations may be phoned in but must be followed up in writing. Failure to follow up in writing may result in additional charges above and beyond the aforementioned fees. When the unit has been confirmed as re-rented, a refund will be mailed within 30 days. Every effort will be made to re-rent the unit. Transferring to another unit (if available) is considered a cancellation. Re-renting the same unit or another unit at the same property for an additional week generates a new $249.00 administration fee and a new agent fee.
