Each cancellation affects our property owners significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. A 50% deposit is required within 7 days of booking to guarantee a reservation. One-night bookings require full payment.

9% Sales and Lodging Tax is applied to all bookings less than 31 days.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
In the event of a cancellation, we will retain 50% of your deposit. If notice is received less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, we will retain the entire deposit unless we rebook the property or there are extenuating circumstances.
