Why are listings free? Since RentalStays is a relatively new site, we are in the
process of gaining listers and building traffic to the site. During this time we are offering free rental listings to all property owners/managers who wish to
list their rental properties. At some point in the future we will eventually charge for listings, at that time we will, of course, give all listers
the option to renew or cancel their listing(s). We can guarantee that our listing fees will be much lower then those of other rental sites.
What if I need help setting up my property listing? At this time RentalStays is also offering free assistance
for any listers that need help getting their property(s) uploaded and online. If you require assistance, simply contact us using the customer care
link above.
How long does it take to have my listing posted? That depends on how fast you post it. Adding your listing is
an automated process that is controlled by you. Once you have signed up for a RentalStays account, you will receive a password via email. With this password
and your email address, you can sign in to the listing area and add your properties. How long it takes to add a property depends on each listers, there are
numerous fields you can use to describe your property and how much information you add is completely up to you. Once you have set your property location,
your listing will appear online.
How do I get more leads? The more detailed you are and the more pictures you have
posted on your listing the better. Renters are more inclined to respond to listings with more information.
